Chloe to Open First Canadian Stand-Alone
We can expect to see the Paris-based designer brand open in mid-June, located in Yorkdale Shopping Centre in Toronto – sitting pretty between Saint Laurent and Mr. and Mrs. Italy. After only operating at a wholesale level through luxury retailers such as Holt Renfrew, Nordstrom, and Saks Fifth Avenue, this will be Chloe’s first standalone location in Canada. The 2200 square foot space will mirror the brand’s new concept and will offer the full collection of ready-to-wear, leather goods, handbags, accessories, sunglasses, and footwear. Happy shopping, Toronto!

Rihanna Teases New Lingerie Line
Rihanna is taking her “badgal” status to a whole new level with her highly anticipated lingerie line, Savage x Fenty. The Barbadian pop-star released her makeup line, Fenty Beauty in September 2017 and it was welcomed with amazing success. So why not continue with another business venture? After sharing sneak peeks on her Instagram this week, the internet was buzzing with excitement. Just take our money, Rihanna, just take it.  Rihanna has been vocal about inclusivity being a part of everything she launches – Savage x Fenty will be carrying bra sizes up to 44DD which is a huge jump from the standard 30-38 band size. Mark your calendars for the official launch happening on May 11th.

H&M Vancouver Undergoing Huge Revamp
As if Vancouverites weren’t already obsessed with H&M, the Pacific Centre location has announced it will be undergoing a major expansion and renovation. The store will be taking over the large space directly underneath, formerly occupied by Express which has been empty for a year now. By absorbing this space, the new H&M will be three floors and increase the square footage to over 38,000 square feet. Some speculations have been made as to whether H&M Home might be a part of the addition, as locations in West Edmonton Mall, CF Toronto Eaton Centre, and CF Carrefour Laval have all adopted the concept.
