Job Overview:
Twist, a well-established, stylish boutique in Kitsilano with a large and loyal client base, is seeking a fashion-loving, professional, and efficient Sales Support Associate proficient in computer and Shopify skills. This role involves providing excellent sales support and customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries efficiently and process transactions using Shopify.
• Maintain an organized store environment consistent with our brand standards.
• Work collaboratively with team members to boost customer satisfaction and achieve sales targets.

Qualifications:

• Experience in retail or customer service.
• Strong computer and Shopify skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and efficient.
• A passion for fashion and teamwork.

Compensation:

Starting pay of $20 to $23 per hour, with potential increases based on experience.
