Reporting to our Director of Merchandising and Strategy, we’re looking for a strategic, super organized, business-minded and all around awesome Merchant. You will execute the strategies for the wholesale, retail and international channels ensuring we have the right product at the right time, in the right place maximizing sales and driving growth. In this role, you will get to work with a small, brilliant team on one of the most desirable, fast growing DTC brands out there today!

Core Responsibilities:


• Take part in key go-to-market activities delivering insights from the wholesale, retail and international channels to be considered in the line planning process
• Support PO and OO management ensuring we have the right product at the right time for the channels you manage
• Collaborate with design on special projects that support your channel needs


• Responsible for driving the strategy and expansion of the wholesale channel
• Ensure sales targets are met on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis
• Identify and capitalize on opportunities for growth, employing strategic initiatives to maximize wholesale relationships
• Strategically build and recommend wholesale business models; true wholesale, consignment, drop ship, trunk shows, etc.
• Manage wholesale relationships providing guidance on assortment while providing valuable insight into LOF top styles and trends
• Negotiate wholesale contracts as required
• Drive the best assortment for the wholesale channel ensuring strong margins and depth of inventory
• Maintain an in-depth understanding of LOF products
• Daily administrative tasks, including supporting order placement and processing and ensuring smooth delivery to all customers
• Weekly reporting on total wholesale business; sales, new accounts, new launches, successful tactics
• Own and manage the Shopify B2B platform facilitating on boarding of new wholesale customers and ensuring the best user journey
• Attend trade shows as required


• Develop the retail product strategy for permanent and summer stores
• Curate the retail assortment based on each unique market delivering the most productive assortment for the retail channel
• Partner with retail operations to ensure the optimal assortment in breadth and depth
• Report on weekly performance and drive allocation and replenishment strategy for retail locations
• Collaborate with the Merchandise Manager ensuring channel needs are met and inventory is supportive of both wholesale and retail needs


• Act as the main point of contact for international distribution partners
• Build recommended assortments for growing markets and send sample packages as required
• Support in order creation and placement ensuring timely delivery of product

Special Projects

• Create, own and execute the line plan for special projects like our ambassador and athlete assortment
• Ensure all facets of needs are captured and considered in building out these assortments such as printing requirements, use case and all around fit and function

Key traits/experience we’re looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree
• 5+ years experience in a similar role within a merchandising environment
• Strong awareness of lifestyle and fashion trends
• Proven ability to drive performance
• Experience in pre-costing and calculation
• Highly organized with a keen eye for the detail
• Strong knowledge of data and systems, you possess amazing Excel skills!
• A sense of urgency and can do attitude

Work Location

• Hybrid, Vancouver BC - work from home and in person

Salary Range: $70,000 - $90,000K
