The Keyholder is a skilled and experienced professional luxury sales associate who assists in overseeing the sales floor and store operations in the absence of the General Manager & Assistant Manager. This role is responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, selling on the floor, and supporting sales team members, as well as the opening and closing of the store.

The ideal candidate is well versed in luxury brands and current trends in the fashion industry, passionate about sustainability, and dedicated to delivering an elite retail experience. This role also supports store operations, online orders, and resolving customer issues in the moment.

We’re looking for someone who is flexible and open to working between two Toronto locations: Yorkville and our new Pop-Up at The Well.

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership & People Management
• Supports the ASM and GM as a leader on the floor
• Fosters a positive and inclusive work culture that promotes teamwork and a passion for service
• Executes the GM & SLT’s vision for the store based on key metrics
• Leads by example with professionalism and integrity
• Engages in career conversations with team members
• Provides feedback and recognition to support growth

Client Experience
• Creates a luxurious and welcoming environment
• Helps create strategies to enhance engagement and build loyalty
• Identifies ways to engage VIP clients and recommend local events
• Addresses customer feedback promptly
• Leads by example on the sales floor

Working With Others
• Communicates clearly and works collaboratively across teams

Operations
• Oversees daily operations, visual merchandising, and store upkeep in GM/ASM’s absence
• Leads opening and closing shifts and delegates tasks
• Supports store events
• Collaborates with Ecommerce team
• Ensures operational processes are followed and highlights training needs
• Works with the Buying team to ensure a diverse, high-quality assortment
• Ensures compliance with policies and safety standards
