Fashion Outreach Assistant (Short term gig)

Style Nine to Five is Canada’s fashion industry job board and career platform, connecting the most exciting brands with top talent for over a decade. We’ve worked with some of the biggest names in the game—and now we’re looking to grow our employer network even further.

We’re hiring a Fashion Outreach Assistant to help us reach even more brands that are hiring across Canada. You’ll help us spotlight these companies, introduce them to our platform, and support them in getting their roles in front of the right talent.

What You’ll Do

• Research fashion, retail, and creative companies hiring across Canada
• Identify the right contacts (HR leads, recruiters, founders, or store directors)
• Send professional, personalized outreach messages using our templates and voice
• Share the value of listing jobs with Style Nine to Five
• Track outreach efforts and highlight warm leads for us to follow up on

You’re a Great Fit If You

• Are organized and love finding the right people to contact
• Write confident, friendly messages that feel personal and professional
• Understand or are curious about the fashion and retail hiring space in Canada
• Are self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently
• Want to be part of something growing and meaningful

Compensation

• $20 to $25 per hour CAD
• Approx. 10 to 15 hours over 2 to 3 weeks
• $50 bonus for every new paid job listing that comes in from your outreach
• Opportunity for additional project work if it’s a great fit
