Velvet is a huge trend for fall and goes perfectly with all the seventies-inspired fashion we are seeing in shops lately. This trend can take you everywhere from the office to a lunch date to drinks at night! My ultimate favourite velvet blazer is Reformation’s “Opera Bolero”. It perfectly incorporates the necktie trend we are seeing for fall as well. For the office, I would pair this with a black blouse and a pair of relaxed black trousers. A velvet blazer really speaks for itself, so I like to keep the rest of my office look very subtle and understated.
