Job Title: Personal Stylist Assistant (approx 20 hours per week)

Job Description:

We are looking for a highly organized, creative, and proactive Personal Stylist Assistant to support a busy stylist. This role involves a variety of tasks, including client wardrobe consultations, scheduling, sourcing clothing, assisting on photoshoots, and managing social media content. The ideal candidate will have a passion for fashion, styling, and social media trends, with strong organizational skills and a creative mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with client wardrobe consultations and styling sessions.

• Coordinate the personal schedule for the stylist, including managing fittings and appointments.

• Research current fashion trends and source clothing for clients.

• Run errands such as picking up dry cleaning and delivering items to clients.

• Manage the stylist's calendar and appointments to ensure smooth scheduling.

• Assist with photoshoots, including set-up, styling, and ensuring everything runs smoothly.

• Work on creating online presentations using Canva and other platforms.

• Communicate effectively with clients, brands, and vendors to ensure smooth collaboration.

Skills and Experience:

• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

• Familiarity with design tools like Canva or similar platforms for creating online presentations.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Proficient in managing social media platforms such as Instagram and TikTok, with experience in content creation, including planning, writing, editing, and possibly video and photo production.

• Creative, adaptable, and able to keep up with fast-changing social media trends by developing fresh content ideas and adjusting strategies as needed.

• Experience in fashion, styling, or similar fields is a plus.
