Summary of the Role

We are seeking a Luxury Stylist to join our Calgary Pop-Up team! The ideal candidate is passionate about luxury fashion, styling, and delivering an exceptional retail experience. This role is perfect for someone with strong fashion knowledge, a keen eye for styling, and a love for designer brands.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent the Mine & Yours brand by embodying our core values and delivering an exceptional client experience
• Style clients with luxury designer pieces, providing expert fashion advice tailored to their preferences
• Achieve personal sales and outreach targets while contributing to team goals
• Educate clients on product function, style, and fit to enhance their shopping experience
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, including outreach for events and personalized styling appointments
• Maintain an elevated store presentation and ensure all luxury pieces are beautifully displayed
• Stay up-to-date on fashion trends, designers, and sustainability in luxury resale
• Support the pop-up team with events, special activations, and client engagement initiatives

What You'll Bring

• Strong knowledge and passion for luxury fashion, brands, and styling
• Proven ability to achieve sales targets while delivering a best-in-class client experience
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build lasting relationships with clients
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic retail environment
• High level of ownership, accountability, and initiative
• Experience in personal styling, luxury sales, or high-end retail is an asset
• Second language is an asset (but not required)
