Position Overview

As the Logistics and Warehouse Coordinator, you’ll manage crossdock operations and ensure timely deliveries. You’ll work with internal teams, brands, customs brokers, and third-party warehouses to oversee shipments, assist with pick & pack, and address customer inquiries. Your attention to detail and problem-solving skills will drive our success and customer satisfaction.

 

Customer Service & Support:

-Resolve shipping issues and process claims for customers

-Provide missing invoices and assist with freight cost analysis

-Supporting the team to ensure successful delivery of goods

-Coordinate with accounting to send customer statements

 

Crossdock

- Provide shipment updates to the Director of Logistics and sales team.

- Assist with seasonal forecasting to optimize shipping and inventory.

- Coordinate inbound shipments with brands to ensure timely deliveries.

- Research cost-effective shipping options for imports.

- Monitor and track shipments in transit, providing updates to the team.

- Collaborate with customs brokers to clear shipments.

- Receive and organize inbound production shipments.

- Accurately prepare shipping paperwork for each customer.

- Ensure adherence to retailer-specific shipping guidelines.

- Manage "Orders on Hold" and "Good to Ship" reports on a daily basis.

- Invoice all goods the same day.

- Proactively identify and resolve logistical issues to ensure seamless shipping and delivery.

- Submit weekly reports to track shipment progress and performance.

- Ability to lift up to 35 lbs as required for receiving and organizing shipments.

 

Pick + Pack

- Communicate with third-party warehouses via FTP software and tracking tools.

- Manage major retailer orders and update ERP platforms.

- Record inbound shipments and receipts using FTP software.

- Generate and submit pick tickets to ensure timely processing.

- Invoice all goods within 12 hours of their departure from the warehouse.

- Ensure UPC codes are loaded for seamless receiving.

- Coordinate and manage all shipments from the warehouse into the office.

- Monitor and analyze digital inventory to optimize stock levels and order accuracy.

- Prepare seasonal, weekly, and daily reports for internal tracking.

Must Have

- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field.

- 2+ years of experience in a related industry.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

- Retail experience preferred.

- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
