Graphic Designer Opportunity
We are a luxury fashion brand looking to recruit a graphic designer with a passion for creative design.You should have some familiarity with the luxury fashion landscape - high end brands, design, etc.
What You’ll Do:
You will design Email campaigns, digital mockups and assets for our website, printed marketing peripherals (books, packaging, brochures, postcards, signage, etc). You will also be assisting on-site with photoshoots and photo retouching of our products. As well as work on our social media profiles.
Reporting Relationships:
This role reports to the Brand Manager, and other senior team members who will advise on different projects.
Qualifications:
• A strong portfolio, demonstrating design capabilities and strong conceptual and original thinking across an array of mediums. Experience with Fashion is a bonus.
• Professional knowledge of graphics art or related field required as normally acquired through completion of a Bachelor's degree or college program.
• Interpersonal skills necessary in order to effectively exchange important information with internal and external clients, manage work flow within and across team.
• Curated, delicate aesthetic: (think art galleries, museums) clean, precise visual language.
• Staying current with the latest developments in the field of graphic design, art, fashion and be familiar with industry standard design trends.
• Working closely with the Art Director and/or VP Marketing to lead multi-faceted design projects.
• Producing strong design concepts, ability to work under tight deadlines, all whilst communicating effectively.
• Ensuring design quality, consistency, and delivery by project deadlines.
Assisting in creating and managing the calendar/schedule for all digital, social and media assets.
• Aiding in the conception and execution of other design/branding initiatives (event design, social media, internal culture initiatives, etc)
• Experience with the Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, PremierePro and Indesign. • Experience with Capture One is a bonus.
• Experience with photography retouching.
• Being able to take directions and design criticism effectively, and adapt.
