• Maintain an active personal book of business, delivering meaningful sales through exceptional styling, relationship development, and client retention.
• Monitor and communicate key performance indicators, including sales against target, average transaction value, units per transaction, conversion, and client development.
• Translate sales reporting into clear, actionable priorities for each stylist.
• Lead regular sales meetings, individual performance reviews, and ongoing coaching.

• Address performance concerns and interpersonal challenges proactively and constructively.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, ongoing training, and professional development.
• Create a collaborative, positive working environment grounded in mutual respect, ownership, and high standards.
Client Experience & Personal Styling
• Deliver sophisticated, intuitive personal styling experiences for a discerning luxury clientele.
• Build and maintain meaningful, long-term client relationships.
• Lead by example in wardrobe building, styling appointments, and elevated service.
• Support stylists in managing their client portfolios, identifying opportunities, and developing personalized outreach strategies.
• Ensure that every client interaction reflects HANGAR9's commitment to exceptional service, discretion, and genuine connection.

• Manage scheduling and staffing coverage to support client appointments, selling opportunities, and operational needs.
• Ensure accurate, timely sales reporting and consistent communication of results and priorities.
• Maintain high standards of boutique presentation, organization, and professionalism.
• Coordinate with ownership and other internal departments to ensure effective execution of company initiatives.
• Independently resolve routine operational and personnel matters, escalating only when appropriate.
Who You Are
• An accomplished luxury or contemporary women's fashion salesperson with a demonstrable record of strong personal sales performance.
• An experienced people leader who genuinely enjoys developing and motivating others.
• Commercially minded, numerically confident, and comfortable using sales reporting to improve performance.
