About the Role
Style Nine to Five is Canada’s fashion job board and career site, and we’ve got a ton of exciting content to share — job postings, insider career tips, and interviews with industry pros. We’re looking for a savvy email marketer who can package it all into daily emails that people actually want to open.

You won’t be writing longform content — we already have that. Your role is to pull from our existing blog posts, social content, and jobs to create engaging emails using Flodesk and Substack. Think clean layouts, punchy subject lines, and content that makes our audience click.

What You’ll Do

• Build and send daily emails via Flodesk and Substack

• Use existing content to create attention-grabbing newsletters

• Plan a simple weekly email calendar

• Write headlines and calls-to-action that feel fun, clear, and on-brand

• Monitor performance and tweak for better results

You’re a Fit If You:

• Have strong experience with email marketing (Flodesk, Substack, or similar tools)

• Know how to write for email and make things pop

• Can show a portfolio of great email work

• Have worked with fashion, career, or lifestyle brands

• Stay up to date with what makes people click

• Work fast and independently

• Contract, remote

• $30–35 per hour depending on experience

• Around 5–10 hours per week to start

• Must be based in Canada
