Description

Run the store like it's yours.
The Role
We're hiring a hands-on Marketing Manager to run our Canadian and US Shopify stores and the channels that bring people to them: email, SMS and paid social.
You'll report to our Co-founder, who leads brand and creative, and work closely with our fractional VP of Marketing, product and customer experience. We're a small team, and the site is where most of our growth happens.
Where You'll Drive Impact
Ecommerce & Onsite Conversion. Own the Shopify storefronts day to day: homepage, collection and product pages, merchandising, navigation and launch pages. Test offers, pages and checkout to improve conversion rate and average order value.
Email, SMS & Retention. Own the Klaviyo calendar and flows: welcome, abandoned cart, browse, post-purchase, win-back and VIP. Grow the list, build useful segments and get more customers buying again.
Campaigns & Launches. Build and run the promotional and launch calendar across both markets, from new collections to seasonal sales like Memorial Day and Black Friday. Brief creative, write copy, and make sure the site, email and social go live together.
Paid & Performance. Manage paid social and search directly or with agency partners. Track spend, ROAS and CAC weekly and shift budget toward what's working.
Reporting & Insight. Own the weekly numbers: traffic, conversion, AOV, new vs. returning revenue, channel performance. Share what you're seeing each week and what you'd do about it.
Your First 6 Months
First 30 days: Audit the site, Klaviyo flows and ad accounts, and share a prioritized plan
By 90 days: Run the full launch and promo calendar across Canada and the US
By 6 months: A steady testing program on site and email, and weekly reporting the team relies on
What You Bring
• 4+ years in ecommerce or digital marketing, ideally at a DTC apparel, swim or lifestyle brand
• Deep, hands-on Shopify experience: merchandising, apps, landing pages and basic Liquid or page-builder skills
• Proven results in Klaviyo (or similar), with flows and campaigns you can show numbers for
• Working knowledge of Meta Ads and Google Ads, and comfort managing agencies
• Comfortable in GA4 and Shopify analytics
• Strong copywriting and a good eye for design
• Able to manage a campaign calendar and multiple deadlines on your own
Nice to have: experience selling into both Canada and the US, or with Instagram and TikTok Shop
Don't tick every box? Apply anyway. We care more about what you've shipped than years on a resume.
Comp: $70-90,000
Time off: 3 weeks vacation, plus 2 weeks work-from-anywhere
