PRE is a beauty AI company bringing beauty and technology together. We’re looking for an organized, curious assistant to support our e-commerce and AI projects.

The role

You’ll help organize product information, prepare content, test AI outputs, and keep projects moving. This role combines beauty knowledge, administrative support, and hands-on work with e-commerce and AI tools.

What you’ll do

• Organize and maintain beauty product information, descriptions, images, and digital assets.
• Use AI tools to support research and content creation, reviewing outputs for accuracy, clarity, and brand voice.
• Check product pages and shopping experiences for missing information, inconsistencies, and opportunities to improve.
• Test AI-generated beauty content and recommendations against source information, documenting errors and sharing feedback.
• Research beauty brands, products, launches, and e-commerce trends.
• Maintain spreadsheets, project trackers, and documentation; coordinate materials, deadlines, and follow-ups.
• Help prepare presentations, product demos, and simple performance reports.

What you’ll bring

• A strong interest in beauty, skincare, cosmetics, and online shopping.
• Excellent organization, attention to detail, and follow-through.
• Clear written communication and an eye for polished product content.
• Comfort working with spreadsheets, online research, and digital tools.
• Curiosity about AI and the judgment to check its work carefully.
• The ability to manage several tasks, ask useful questions, and flag issues early.

Helpful experience

Experience in beauty retail, e-commerce, administration, or digital content is welcome. Familiarity with Sephora, beauty e-commerce websites, ChatGPT, Claude, and other beauty and technology sites is a plus.

Relevant school projects, internships, freelance work, and personal projects are welcome alongside professional experience.
