Role:

The Direct to Garment (DTG) - Heat Press Operator is a key member of our Manufacturing team, responsible for producing on-demand orders for customers while ensuring the highest standards of brand quality and integrity.

Responsibilities: 

• Operate the DTG Printer, pretreat machine, dryer, and heat press to produce finished garments

• Maintain working knowledge of file location, tech-packs, and product specifics to ensure accurate production

• Perform quality checks before heat pressing, ensuring alignment with samples provided by the customer or Design team

• Inspect finished garments to ensure they meet quality standards

• Consistently produce on-demand orders alongside internal production runs, managing workload efficiently to meet deadlines

• Ensure good housekeeping practices are maintained within the work area

• Perform daily maintenance and cleaning of machines to uphold operational standards

Requirements: 

• Meticulous with a strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in all aspects of production

• Highly organized, maintaining cleanliness and order in the workspace

• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently to handle orders and production runs simultaneously

• Strong communication skills to effectively liaise with team members and supervisors
