Description

The Role:

A Concession Store Lead reports to the Store Manager. Their duties include (but are not limited to): providing clients with exceptional customer service, maintaining and growing a personal clientele, consistently achieving a monthly personal sales target, promoting the culture of the brand by communicating key messaging throughout the year, execution of daily, weekly, and monthly store operations as per the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), operating the POS system for both sales and administrative support. He/She performs policies and procedures as outlined in the Employee handbook. He/She must also be an agent to reduce shrink and be able to detect and deter thefts and other forms of loss prevention. He/She must always represent the company interests first, and rank customer engagement and service above all. He/She also has store opening and closing duties as outlined in the SOP.

Job duties and tasks:
• Passionately uphold exceptional customer service with all clients, stakeholders, and neighbourhood members putting the company interests first during all hours of work
• Engage in conversation, selling and non-selling with clients on a daily basis
• Educate clients on the Brand, its heritage, and its loyalty program
• Achieve monthly sales and KPI targets
• Maintain and grow personal clientele
• Provide daily recaps and feedbacks for internal purposes
• Take initiatives and lead by example on the sales floor through strong KPIs
• Partner with HBC store counterparts for in-store events
• Process POS purchases, exchanges, and returns
• Manage special customer requests
• Provide feedback on and for Stylists/Sales Associates
• Uphold the brand image and presentation standards by visual merchandising and maintenance on an ongoing basis
• Follow Visual Merchandising guidelines to change mannequins and displays on an ongoing basis
• Daily housekeeping and other non-selling tasks that uphold the brand image
• Perform inbound and outbound shipments
• Maintaining healthy stock positions through inventory requests
• Execute processes to identify and minimize shrink
• Oversee floor zoning to maximize selling opportunities and cover blind spots to minimize shrink
• Oversee break schedule to maximize selling opportunities
• Other tasks as outlined by the Store Manager

Compensation: $18/hr plus commission
