We’re currently looking for a high-energy, entrepreneurial individual to join our team and grow with us.
Position Overview:
We are seeking a full-time Brand Manager / Sales Representative to manage brand relationships, drive sales, and support our growth across Western Canada. This hybrid role blends brand strategy with hands-on sales execution. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, outgoing, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Represent and manage assigned fashion brands within the Western Canadian market
• Build and maintain strong relationships with retail buyers and brand partners
• Schedule and attend seasonal sales appointments, both in-person and virtual
• Travel to meet clients and attend trade shows or showroom appointments as needed
• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed targets
• Analyze sales reports and market trends to inform future selling strategies
• Ensure brand guidelines and visual merchandising standards are met across accounts
• Collaborate with agency leadership on brand growth opportunities and market feedback
• Maintain organized records of sales, contacts, and appointments
• Provide regular updates to both agency and brand partners
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in fashion wholesale, sales, or brand management (2+ years preferred)
• Proficiency in Excel, Google Workspace, and CRM tools
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong follow-up skills
• Must be comfortable working independently
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
• Willingness to travel within Western Canada
• Valid driver’s license
