Position Overview
As a Brand Associate, you’ll support sales efforts and ensure our brands are well represented. This role focuses on assisting the team with customer relationships, sales support, and providing excellent service.

What will you do?

Sales
– Assist with sales activities, ensuring brand representation and supporting team goals
– Help maintain relationships with existing customers, ensuring satisfaction and brand loyalty
– Track and organize product samples for customer appointments
– Support the team in scheduling and confirming customer appointments
– Prepare daily sales reports and assist with data entry
– Coordinate with Logistics, Operations, and Accounting teams to support seamless processes across departments

Customer Service and Marketing
– Assist in coordinating logistics objectives and scheduling for customers
– Help create customer-facing communications and simple marketing materials using tools like Canva
– Maintain positive, ongoing relationships with key clients

Inventory, Repeats, and Returns
– Assist in coordinating logistics objectives and scheduling for customers

Must have:
– 1+ year of experience in retail, wholesale, or customer service roles or graduate from a fashion-related program
– Passion for fashion
– Team player with a flexible attitude and strong work ethic
– Strong written and verbal communication skills
– Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
– Eager to learn and grow in a collaborative setting
