You’ll work closely with leadership, contribute meaningfully from day one, and gain access to the industry from the inside out.
What will you do?
1. Customer Service
● Confirm and schedule showroom appointments via phone and email
● Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries
● Build and maintain strong relationships with wholesale clients
● Process orders and send confirmations.
● Provide ongoing support to retailers before, during, and after order placement
2. Operations & Sales
● Responsible for keeping our software systems up to date with sales numbers, account changes and in season changes
● Problem-solve daily challenges with a tech-savvy mindset.
● Track and organize product samples for customer appointments
● Maintain the showroom and prepare daily sales reports.
● Prepare daily sales reports and assist with data entry
3. Processing Returns
● With merchandise constantly going in and out between our various brands, you will be required to complete and manage all of our return authorizations (RAs).
4. Inventory
● You will be our keeper for all inventory, stock, and shipments coming in and out on a daily basis.
● You will be expected to keep digital records that correlate with our inventories on a daily basis and be able to communicate this information to our customers.
5. Marketing and Communications
● You will be responsible for our mass communications to our customers by creating eye- catching marketing materials using Photoshop or similar programs.
● You will also be responsible for creating product related marketing materials such as product knowledge packets.
What You Bring:
● Bachelor’s degree or college diploma in Sales, Marketing, Business, or a related field – or relevant experience with a passion for learning.
● Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
● Clear and confident written and verbal communication skills.
● A proactive, can-do attitude and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
● Comfortable juggling multiple tasks while staying focused.
● A collaborative spirit and strong work ethic.
