We are looking for someone who is energetic, a quick learner, who is self-motivated and organized.

As a growing fashion agency, we would like someone who will be able to contribute and help improve

in our everyday tasks, prospect for new accounts and has high customer service standards. The ideal

candidate would have the following responsibilities:

• Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients/wholesale accounts
• Able to communicate professionally with customers and potential customers though email and phone calls.
• Invoicing customers, collecting payments
• Shipping orders
• Able to lift 50 pounds
• Respond to customer queries promptly and professionally
• Work independently
• Provide excellent services and ensure customer satisfaction
• Follow up on all orders from start to ship
• Maintaining and providing sales support to customers
• Effective communication skills both written and verbal
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Shipping and receiving inventory for our store locations and entering inventory
• Able to manage our social media Instagram
• Loves fashion and people!
