After collaborating with large US retailer Target just a few short months ago, Sarah Easley and Beth Buccini of Kirna Zabete certainly didn’t stop there. The design duo behind the New York based multi-label concept store, were quick to make a deal with luxurious shoe and accessories retailer, Nine West. The collaboration is unique on its own, branching out from the traditional uniting of talents. This design powerhouse have signed on a 6 month contract, where each month they will create different “shoe groups,” consisting of heels, flats, and sandals. If you’re a shoe-a-holic, this is a concept with you in mind! Set to hit stores next February, the team is currently sketching away and predicting trends for the upcoming Spring season. Shopping on a budget? Beth, Kirna, and the Nine West representatives have all working women in mind, ranging the product line from around $49 – $169. The shoe section at Kirna Zabete has everything from Nicholas Kirkwood to Pierre Hardy. Currently, there is only one released sketch of the design process with Nine West, but with a look into their elite shoe selections and well-known, quirky sense personal of style, we know to expect nothing short of fabulous.
