PRE is an AI-powered Generative Engine Optimization platform built for beauty and CPG brands. We help brands understand, measure, and improve their visibility across AI-driven search and discovery platforms, including ChatGPT, Claude, Google AI, and Amazon Shopping.
We are a small, fast-moving team working closely with beauty brands as AI changes how consumers discover products online.
The Role
We are looking for a Partnerships Manager to join our partnerships team. This is an execution-focused role for someone highly organized, detail-oriented, and reliable.
You will work closely with the Director of Partnerships across a portfolio of beauty and CPG brand accounts. Your main responsibility will be keeping client relationships organized behind the scenes: taking clear notes, tracking deliverables, following up on next steps, and making sure commitments are completed on time and to a high standard.
The right person takes ownership of the details, communicates clearly, and helps keep both internal teams and clients aligned.
What You’ll Do
• Attend brand calls alongside the Director of Partnerships
• Take structured notes that capture decisions, action items, open questions, and follow-ups
• Send clear call summaries to internal and client stakeholders
• Maintain client trackers, account documentation, and project status updates
• Track deliverables, timelines, owners, and outstanding items across active accounts
• Flag risks early when timelines or deliverables are at risk
• Follow up with internal team members and clients to keep work moving
• Support day-to-day client communication, scheduling, agendas, and recaps
• Help prepare client-facing materials, reports, and presentations
• Review materials for accuracy, clarity, and consistency before they are shared
• Keep client files, contact records, and account documentation organized in Notion and Google Workspace
What We’re Looking For
• 2–4 years of experience in account management, client services, project coordination, partnerships, or a similar role
• Based in Toronto, ON, with availability for in-office collaboration
• Strong attention to detail and follow-through
• Excellent written communication skills
• Ability to create clear call notes, summaries, and client correspondence
• Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple accounts at once
• Strong judgment around when to take initiative and when to align before moving forward
• Experience with Notion, Google Workspace, and project management tools
Nice to Have
• Experience at a beauty brand, beauty retailer, agency, or CPG company
• Familiarity with AI search, GEO, SEO, digital commerce, or retail media
• Genuine interest in the beauty industry
