Junior Recruiter (Part-Time, Remote)

$22/hour | 5–10 hours/week | Fashion Industry

You’ve got 1–2 hours to spare and a front-row seat to how hiring actually happens in fashion.

A new posting just went live for a dreamy retail client. You log into our system, scan applicants from LinkedIn, Indeed, and Style Nine to Five, and spot a few standouts. You write a short summary of each one for Christie (that’s me!) so I can decide who to move forward. Then you schedule a screening and update the tracker. Done.

This is what a real day in recruiting looks like, and you’re learning the ropes while sipping your morning brew.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Sourcing and reviewing candidates from LinkedIn, Indeed, Style Nine to Five, and other platforms

• Writing clear, concise candidate summaries to help me decide who to consider

• Scheduling interviews and maintaining our candidate tracker

• Supporting with job posts, research, and light admin

• Learning how real fashion hiring works behind the scenes

 You Might Be:

• Studying HR, Business, or Communications (or recently graduated)

• Obsessed with fashion, detail-oriented, and curious

• A strong writer who can summarize a person’s experience clearly

• Ready to learn how to break into the industry for real

Who You’ll Be Working With:

I’m Christie, founder of Style Nine to Five. I started in retail, became a fashion buyer, then launched this platform to connect job seekers and brands in fashion.

I’ve worked with almost every fashion brand in Canada, been a TV fashion expert, and collaborated with Girlboss. I’ve seen all sides of this industry, and I’ll be mentoring you directly.
