The Opportunity
• Manage and publish content across all social platforms, aligning with content calendars and marketing initiatives.
• Own TikTok community growth—ideating and executing engaging content, staying ahead of trends, and driving organic growth through creator partnerships and active engagement.
• Collaborate with Brand, Creative, and Content teams to brainstorm high-impact content, campaigns, and social trends—especially those with viral potential.
• Help create or brief content for TikTok and Instagram, build Pinterest boards, and engage daily with audiences on Facebook and Twitter. Attend events and shoots to capture behind-the-scenes content.
• Respond to DMs and comments daily, engaging with customers and influencers while staying true to Knix’s brand voice.
• Monitor and moderate public conversations thoughtfully, using training in brand-safe language and tone.
• Contribute to ideation for influencer campaigns, product launches, content themes, and trending social ideas.
• Track and analyze performance, KPIs, and campaign data to refine strategy and improve results.
Qualifications
• Skilled in managing and creating content across YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, CapCut, and related tools.
• Strong background in mobile content creation and editing.
• Experience in community management with strong communication and de-escalation skills.
• Excellent writing, editorial, and project management capabilities.
• Proficient with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and Sprout Social; familiarity with Slack is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Media Studies, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of social media experience in a brand setting.
• Knowledge of fashion and lifestyle industries.
• Strong understanding of social KPIs, excellent organization, and attention to detail.
