JOB DESCRIPTION: Marketing Coordinator/Hype generation

HOURS: Part-time (20-25 hours part time weekly)

PAY: $30k-$40k

 The Opportunity:

We are looking for an innovative, tech savvy and resourceful marketing coordinator looking to expand their understanding of the fashion world and B2B business marketing.

As our marketing coordinator you will be in charge of working with our senior management team to plan, create, strategize and deploy creative marketing initiatives across a variety of channels including social media, PR, branding, partnerships, blogging and e-blast operations.

A core understanding of all major social networks, along with trending A.I tools, latest meta changes in algorithms, experience in posting multiple media threads, planning and deploying social media assets as well as a strong desire to collaborate with others are of key importance for this role.

 Role Breakdown:

 *This role is ideal for an experienced marketing expert looking to work 20-25 hours a week, the role can also be extended into a Full time, in house position if suited:

> We are looking for a passionate, resourceful and ambitious Marketing Coordinator looking to work in the field of fashion and apparel

> Development, implementation and management of social media strategy

> Help create social media content (both still images and videos)

> Help develop and create monthly E-mail outs

> Help develop and/or create monthly blog submissions

> Ongoing recommendations and support with current and future company social media channels or areas of focus

> Helping plan and suggest new innovative strategies to help push brand awareness and exposure

> Being in charge of keeping the team on track for posting frequency, timelines, idea focus and overall hype

> Monitor and Produce monthly reports on engagements, trends and growth

> Be open to exploring print media, collaborations, partnerships, cold outreach and other marketing initiatives to achieve KPIs

This is a hybrid managed job, working along side the company CEO and Director of Operations for direction and fully self managed for implementation

 Requirements:

• 3+ years working in a marketing coordinator or social media creation role

• Keen understanding of all modern social networks

• Ability to create original content on the whim

• Ability to generate copy for ads or write ups, or have the ability to procure copy

• Understands how to structure posts, how to seek collaborations, how to engage in growth marketing

Key Skills

• Organization of timely posts and content calendar is of most importance

• Keen knowledge of all modern social media networks and their posting parameters and requirements

• Foresight into current trends and hype generation

• Have a clear understanding of how to engage with outside print, and digital media for the purposes of growth marketing

• Dialed in on the modern influencers in fashion and apparel

• Be familiar with AI tools in marketing creation techniques
