Location:
The successful candidate will be based in our office in Kitsilano, Vancouver.

Summary of the Role: 

This role oversees operational efficiency through process optimization, project management, and office coordination, ensuring smooth day-to-day functions. It supports retail operations, training, and data analysis to drive informed decisions and streamline processes. The role collaborates closely with leadership to manage key initiatives, ensuring seamless execution and cost-effective solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Grant Writing: Works with the COO and CEO to identify and secure grant opportunities, ensuring a smooth process for those involved and a positive employee experience.

• Office Management: Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked office. Oversee setup, manage supplies, and delegate cleaning and recycling tasks to ensure a presentable workspace.

• Process Optimization: Create and implement systems that reduce operational costs and improve efficiency, always seeking ways to save resources and leverage technology.

• Administrative Support: Provide support with offer letters, onboarding, and employee perks like clothing allowances. Assist the CEO and COO with various projects, including event planning and scheduling.

• Project Management: Monitor and track the progress of assigned projects, providing regular updates to ensure timely completion. Develop communication and project plans for large-scale initiatives.

• Training & Documentation: Create and update training materials, policy documents, and rollout plans for new initiatives. Work closely with GMs to address training needs and gather feedback from store teams and retail partners to refine future programming.

• Retail Partner Engagement: Manage and execute requests from retail partners, including Store Managers, the Retail Community, ensuring their needs are met effectively.

• Data Analysis & Reporting: Pull and analyze reporting data to provide accurate recommendations that support business decisions. Use data-driven insights to measure the success of projects and initiatives.

• Generalist Approach: Understand how different departments and teams function within the business, providing flexibility to take on various projects as needed.
