Job Description

About the Job: Reporting to the Associate Manager of Personal Shopping, the Online Personal Stylist will manage a portfolio of premium online customers. You'll build strong relationships with clients, offering a personalized styling and shopping experience. The ideal candidate will connect with customers in real time, mostly via instant messaging and email, using their knowledge of current trends to match the customer’s style and lifestyle.

 What you will do: 

• Build lasting relationships with premium customers, becoming their trusted style advisor and a go-to resource.

• Take ownership of customer requests and needs, delivering quick solutions that go above and beyond expectations.

• Manage a portfolio of 100+ active clients, ensuring regular follow-ups and proactive outreach to maximize their long-term value and minimize churn.

• Stay on top of customer purchases, upgrading shipping or expediting orders when necessary, and assist with returns and exchanges.

• Develop deep knowledge of trends, brands, and product catalogs, serving as a key reference for both clients and the Customer Care team.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in Customer Service or Sales in retail

• Proven track record of building relationships and serving luxury customers

• Strong knowledge of luxury brands, from their history to garment construction

• Tech-savvy with web tools and computers; familiarity with Google Suite is a plus
