Ecommerce Manager
The Ecommerce Manager is responsible for developing and executing the ecommerce strategy. Reporting directly to the GMM, you will lead, drive, and develop honey’s ecommerce business and the overall user experience.

Responsibilities:

Ecommerce Operations:
• Design, build, and maintain the ecommerce website, including customization and digital content.
• Manage day-to-day ecommerce operations such as website maintenance, product updates, inventory management, and updating collections.
• Merchandise category and collection pages regularly to optimize the customer experience and conversion rates.
• Keep up to date with platform features and user experience optimizations within the operating budget.

Ecommerce Growth Strategy:
• Strategize and manage online growth through effective management of the Shopify platform, product assortment, and marketing initiatives.
• Dive deep into audience behavior and customer insights to implement strategies and optimized practices that drive sales and growth.
• Analyze and interpret Shopify and Google Analytics data to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

Digital Strategy:
• Drive the digital marketing strategy across all areas of ecommerce, including web banners, blog posts, and other creative content.
• Perform regular keyword and audience research, ensuring best practices in SEO to increase visibility.
• Create and optimize paid social media and Google ads to boost brand visibility and increase targeted traffic.
• Collaborate with the Digital Communications Manager to deliver digital marketing content that drives sales, profit, and engagement.

Collaboration and Project Management:
• Collaborate with the buying team to execute promotional plans and manage inventory operations effectively.
• Manage all ecommerce-related vendor relationships and projects, from contract negotiation to ongoing enhancements.
• Liaise with customer care to troubleshoot customer issues and ensure the best online shopping experience.

Requirements & Qualifications:
• 3+ years of experience in ecommerce, preferably with a fashion retailer.
• Post-secondary degree in Business, E-Commerce, Digital Communications, or a relevant field.
• Self-starter who takes initiative, finds creative solutions, and can manage multiple projects independently.
• Experience with Shopify and the Shopify app ecosystem.
• Proficiency in data analytics and tools such as Google Analytics.
• Knowledge of SEO/SEM and experience running paid marketing campaigns.
• Graphic design skills and familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite are an asset.
