Rewind is a luxury designer re-sale store. We curate, purchase and authenticate pre-loved and brand new pieces from iconic brands such as Hermes, Chanel, Louis Vuitton, Gucci, Prada, Fendi and Saint Laurent, as well as contemporary brands including Zimmermann, Off-White and Vetements. We offer our clients up to 80% off retail prices which can be purchased through our Instagram, website or by visiting our store.

We are looking for a number of outgoing and energetic Sales Associates to join our growing team! Associates will report to Rewind’s CEO and COO. The ideal candidate will be passionate about fashion, up to date on current and emerging fashion trends and have extensive knowledge of luxury brands. A strong work ethic, exceptional time management skills and the ability to multitask are necessary.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Deliver exceptional and memorable service to all of our clients at all times.

• Form relationships with new clients and continually develop existing relationships, while providing styling and fashion advice, leading to an increase in sales and loyalty.

• Possess a broad range of product knowledge across all merchandise in the store and take initiative to stay informed of new products to maximize selling potential.

• Consistent sales performance.

• Cultivate and maintain a positive work environment that encourages creativity and teamwork.

• Answer phone and Instagram inquiries professionally and promptly.

• Resolve all customer service issues and partner with management on any issues outside of guidelines.

• Utilize POS system to check out clients and add inventory.

• Perform floor recovery and maintain high standard of visual merchandising.

• Contribute to ensure a high level of security and be attentive to prevent product thefts.

• Proactively support our warehouse team to collaborate on achieving company goals.

• Perform other duties as required.

• Comply with Rewind’s policies and procedures, while upholding our company's values and high standards.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum of 2+ years experience in a luxury sales environment, providing high quality service ensuring excellent client satisfaction.

• Expertise and knowledge of high end fashion brands

• Ability work under pressure.

• Collaborative spirit and proactive attitude.

• Highly driven, sales & detailed oriented.

• Strong communication and teamwork skills are required as well as a problem solving attitude.

• Ability to work weekends and holidays.
