Job Summary:

Dynamite is looking for an organized and driven Social Media & PR Coordinator to join our Marketing team, reporting directly to the Social Media Team Lead. The Social Media & PR Coordinator will act as the frontline voice of the brand by interacting with customers in real time across all social channels. Main Responsibilities:

Social Media Marketing:

• Support the development and execution of social media strategies for platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and Facebook;
• Schedule, publish, and monitor content across all social channels, ensuring brand consistency and audience engagement;
• Engage with the community by responding to comments, DMs, and fostering brand conversations.

Content Creation:

• Support the team as needed during content shoots to capture social-first assets on set, including shooting and editing, ensuring it aligns with campaign direction and brand identity;
• Create content briefs for all shoots and projects, securing approval from leadership and cross-functional partners to maintain consistent brand alignment.

Analytics & Trend Research:

• Stay on the pulse of emerging social media trends, platform updates, content creators, industry trends, and pop culture trends that are relevant for the brand’s customers;
• Monitor competitor activity and social media best practices to maintain a competitive edge;
• Analyze social media performance using tools such as GA4, Instagram Insights, Dash Hudson, Creator IQ, and other analytics platforms;
• Contribute to delivering weekly, monthly, and quarterly social media reporting providing key metrics and learnings compared to the brand's social media targets.

Influencer Marketing Responsibilities:

• Support influencer campaigns by coordinating product orders, preparing PR mailers, and managing shipping logistics for influencer partnerships;
• Assist with influencer outreach, identifying and researching potential influencers that align with brand values and campaign goals;
• Coordinate influencer agreements and ensure timely delivery of products for brand collaborations and content creation;
• Track influencer content performance, compiling reports to measure the success of influencer initiatives;
• Conduct competitive research, staying on top of industry trends and identifying new opportunities to expand the brand's influencer network.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field;
• Minimum of one (1) year of work experience in social media marketing, preferably in a retail environment with a proven track record of delivering compelling content and a significant increase in traffic, sales & engagement;
• Bilingual: excellent written and verbal communication skills in both French and English;
• Experience in fashion would be an asset;
• Excellent knowledge of social media channels (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, YouTube);
• Experience in social marketing principles and strategies;
• Editing skills for Instagram Reels and TikTok videos is required;
• Experience in content writing (i.e., social media captions, blog, etc.);
• Basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) is an asset;
• Knowledge of Google Analytics is an asset;
• Experience or a passion for photography & videography (iPhone, film, digital) is an asset.
