Position Summary:
As a Customer Service Representative, you will serve as the key point of contact for our customers, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and efficiency. From order inquiries to problem resolution, you will play a pivotal role in creating positive customer experiences and supporting the overall operations of our dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Proactively engage with customers across North America regarding order statuses and
shipment tracking.
• Respond promptly to customer and sales rep inquiries via phone and email with a
friendly, professional demeanor.
• Resolve customer complaints and escalations efficiently while maintaining a
customer-focused approach.
• Process returns, exchanges, refunds, and credits with accuracy and adherence to
company policies.
• Stay informed on our fashion product offerings, including trends, materials, sizes, and
inventory availability.
• Collaborate with team members and warehouse staff to ensure seamless order
processing and accurate shipping.
• Manage payment coordination and invoicing for customer orders.
• Handle sensitive customer and business information with the utmost discretion.
• Provide administrative support, including assisting Brand Managers with order input and product information.

Qualifications:
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; education in fashion, retail, or a
related field is a plus.
• Experience: 2+ years of customer service experience, preferably in fashion, apparel, or
retail. Previous retail experience is a plus
Skills & Knowledge:
• Passion for fashion with up-to-date knowledge of current trends and styles.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., Aims 360), order management tools, and Google Suite applications.
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to handle customer concerns with professionalism and empathy.Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset with the ability to manage independent projects.
