We all have those tired and laid back days when looking fashionable is not our top priority of the day.  Whether it was an all-nighter or just simply a lazy day, it can be tempting to resort to the comfort of baggy sweats, t-shirts and sandals.  I get it, it’s easy, quick and comfortable to throw on, but it’s also not very work appropriate or fashionable at all.  Thankfully, there are alternatives to the classic t-shirts and sweats days to keep you looking trendy and relaxed for the long day ahead.  Instead of grabbing that soft and comfy cotton sweat, go for the harem type pants and trousers that are still loose and baggy, but more tapered to the leg.  You can also mix and match with different prints to easily add some colour to your outfit that day.  When it comes to tops, steer clear of those basic “v” or round-neck t-shirts.  Go for a more silky material instead with a nice pattern on it too.  If it’s a little chillier that day, just throw on a casual knit sweater and a light-weight jacket like a parka or boyfriend blazer and you’re set for the day.  It doesn’t take long to dress a little more trendy that day, even if you’re feeling tired or laid back that day.  Remember, no day is worth a t-shirt and sweats day and even if it may take a little more time, looking and feeling good about yourself will surely make your day better!
