Ever wondered how to get free-spirited Coachella worthy braids? I certainly have. Last week, I was able to take part in Free People Toronto’s second in-store event, Boho Braids. The event was sponsored by local Yorkville salon, Salon Daniel. Salon Daniel had two stylists on hand to expertly craft intricate braids, all while keeping with Free People’s signature bohemian aesthetic. Messy fishtails; double braids and braided hair crowns were just some of the styles of braids chosen by event-goers that night. On hand to complete their bohemian look, were Free People stylists who helped choose personalized outfits based on the braided look they chose. After the event, I felt primed and ready for festival season, and a little more confident in my braiding abilities, thanks to the great team at Salon Daniel.
