Operations & Data

- Create, verify, and send purchase orders to brands and customers

-Enter and maintain product data and customer information across internal systems

-Process returns, exchanges, refunds, and credits with accuracy and in adherence to company policies

-Update order details to reflect brand changes

-Distribute weekly reports to support the sales team

-Perform stock reconciliation and process immediate orders from stock

-Maintain and update styles, orders, and PO details across systems

-Track, organize and prepare sample shipments to keep the showroom sales-ready

Customer Service & Sales

-Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers in person, by email, and by phone

-Problem solve general customer service inquiries

-Confirm and schedule showroom appointments by phone and email

-Create marketing materials and mass communications using Canva, Photoshop, or similar programs

What You Bring

-Adaptable and calm under pressure — you can pivot quickly and handle whatever the day throws at you

-1–4 years of experience in the industry

-Strong numeracy and accuracy in data entry with high attention to detail - You catch errors before they become problems

-Medium to high proficiency in Excel (an assessment will be conducted)

-Clear and confident written and verbal communication skills

-Reliable, punctual, and accountable — you follow through and close the loop
