PRE is a fast-growing Toronto tech company focused on beauty/fashion AI solutions.

The Role

We are looking at a fashion/beauty partnerships manager to take on the lead with key beauty partnerships, including managing client expectations, attending beauty trade shows and events, as well as managing marketing campaigns for beauty brands.  The right person for this role would be highly organized, very detail orientated, and with the ability to present PRE in a professional manner in meetings with beauty executives.

What You’ll Do

• Attend client meetings and keep detailed notes of deliverables and actions

• Send clear call summaries to internal and client stakeholders
• Maintain client trackers, account documentation, and project status updates
• Track deliverables, timelines, owners, and outstanding items across active accounts
• Follow up with internal team members and clients to keep work moving
• Support day-to-day client communication, scheduling, agendas, and recaps

What We’re Looking For
• Based in Toronto, ON, with availability for in-office collaboration
• Strong attention to detail and follow-through
• Excellent written communication skills
• Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple large fashion/beauty brands at once
