Location: Twist, Kitsilano, Vancouver
Schedule: Full-Time | Available to work Wednesday through Sunday, with one weekend off per month.
Compensation: $25–$28 per hour + performance-based bonus

Twist is a is a well established boutique with curated premium brands.

This is a hands-on support role for someone who is calm under pressure, comfortable with computers, and enjoys helping both clients and teammates. You'll work closely with our stylists on the sales floor, support daily store operations, and help make sure everything runs smoothly.

While this isn't primarily a styling role, there is an opportunity to grow into more client styling responsibilities over time.

What You'll Be Doing

• Support our stylists on the sales floor and assist clients as needed.
• Process sales and customer transactions using Shopify or our POS system.
• Communicate with clients by phone and email, answering questions about products, sizing, availability, and orders.
• Provide friendly, professional customer service both in-store and over the phone.
• Process and ship online orders accurately and efficiently.
• Receive new stock, tag merchandise, and help organize inventory as needed.
• Keep the store looking beautiful through merchandising, hanging, organizing, and general upkeep.
• Manage multiple tasks throughout the day while staying organized and calm.
• Work closely with the team to support daily sales goals and ensure a great customer experience.

Who You Are:

• Responsible, reliable, and professional.
• Calm under pressure and comfortable multitasking in a busy retail environment.
• Have excellent client communication skills, both in person and over the phone.
• Very comfortable using computers, with previous Shopify or POS experience.
• Have retail or customer service experience, ideally in fashion.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and efficient.
• Friendly, approachable, and confident interacting with clients.
• A team player who is happy to jump in and support wherever needed.
• Have a genuine interest in fashion and enjoy working in a boutique environment.
