About Us

Tocca Finita is a luxury women's fashion boutique located in the heart of downtown Oakville. We offer a curated selection of contemporary designer brands, with a focus on personalized styling, exceptional customer service, and building lasting relationships with our clients.

We are looking for an experienced, fashion-forward Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate has a passion for fashion, a strong understanding of luxury retail, and a natural ability to connect with clients while driving sales.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Client Experience

• Deliver exceptional, personalized customer service and styling advice.
• Meet and exceed individual sales targets while contributing to overall store goals.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage loyalty and repeat business.
• Proactively follow up with clients regarding new arrivals, special orders, alterations, and upcoming events.
• Develop strong knowledge of our designer brands, collections, sizing, and fit.
• Create a welcoming and memorable shopping experience for every client.

Store Operations & Visual Merchandising

• Maintain a polished, organized, and visually appealing boutique.
• Assist with merchandising, product displays, and new collection launches.
• Support daily operations, including inventory, stock replenishment, and merchandise receiving.
• Ensure fitting rooms and the sales floor are maintained to a high standard.
• Assist with opening, closing, and point-of-sale procedures.

Teamwork & Professionalism

• Work collaboratively with the team to achieve store objectives.
• Maintain a polished, professional appearance that reflects the Tocca Finita brand.
• Participate in store events, training, and promotional initiatives.
• Demonstrate reliability, initiative, and a positive attitude.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in luxury retail, contemporary fashion, or a similar sales-focused environment preferred.
• Strong personal styling skills and a genuine passion for women's fashion.
• Proven ability to build client relationships and achieve sales targets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, client-focused boutique environment.
• Flexible availability, including Saturdays and occasional store events.
