THE ROLE  

The Department Manager is an elevated leader on the management team. They direct the selling, service, and operations of designated departments to achieve an engaging and inspiring store environment. They are a team player through supporting daily processes, development of others, and managing store controllable expenses. They are the expert in motivating the team to create genuine customer experiences.
