We all love a good comeback accessory. Sometimes we can’t accept it or choose to deny it, but they, in fact, bring new meaning to our closets. We’re much older from when these items were first introduced, so we have learned from our styling mistakes, but a comeback means redemption and the chance to make things right.

We have kept our eyes open and noticed some exciting accessories on our fashion radars that are innovative and trendy. You forget once upon a time ago these pieces were staples and seen on runways everywhere, but now it’s refreshing to see how they are styled today and how these items can be the inspiration behind your next outfit. Here are a few accessories you should give a try if you don’t have them in your closet already.

There’s no doubt we’ve spotted the newsboy hat around town and we have to admit, we’re low-key obsessed.  We love how this vintage look brings a Parisian cool girl feel to the simplest of outfits, as seen on Kendall Jenner. Whether you want to keep it simple or go all out, we’ve seen these toppers revamped with edgy studs and leather straps to make them modern, youthful, and an all year staple.

We love a good statement earring, something that speaks volumes to your style and fashion choices. But not all statements have to be loud and visible. From celebrities to style bloggers the fanny pack is having a resurgence as we speak. The retro accessory has brought back memories as the ’90s ‘hand free’ bag, and now it’s making way as the new must-have item for fall. Yes, it’s an acquired style, but having an option where you don’t have to carry your life in a handbag does sound great. Worn mostly across the body, it’s an effortless way to add a sporty chic element to an outfit, whether a blazer or a day dress. It’s definitely worth a try.

Finally, we couldn’t have been more thrilled to hear the kitten heel is back in style. Our six inches are thankfully taking a back seat and giving our precious toes a break.
