• Office Administration:
- filing, mail, accounts payable, reception.
• Sales and Customer Service assistance with wholesale & retail clients: (You will not be required to solicit sales, only process orders)
- process, invoice, charge, enter & track online(retail), wholesale customer orders and orders with our suppliers
- respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner.
- respond and complete press inquiries and press sample requests.
• Other duties as assigned ie (in house sales appointments, courier/mail processing, sample preparation...etc.).
Strong organizational skills are essential. We need a self-starter that can stay focused in a fast-paced environment with great communication skills.
Our office is small and teamwork is very important aspect of every day.
Knowledge of Excel, Photoshop, QuickBooks, E-com/Shopify, PR an asset
Must be able to travel to the USA for the trade shows.
This position has a lot of opportunity to learn and grow including exposure to PR, Marketing/Social Media, E-com and fashion business in general.
The environment is casual - no requirement to dress up for work or to be on brand.
