Description

The Retail Operations Coordinator will support and assist the Director of Retail, Canada. This key support role will also interact with the Area Retail Manager, Visual Merchandiser and the Store Managers in a key area of support for Store Operations.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Retail Operation and Support;

• Support and answer questions and concerns for the Retail Shops pertaining to Retail related hardware; DL’s, Luma transfers, ShopperTrak, etc.
• First point of contact for store related IT support for; POS system in regards to – sales, services, special orders, shop closings, store floats and deposits
• Prepare and analyze statistics from; Events,Product Launches and Promotions
• Communication with Head Quarters` in Lauf, Germany; Daily, weekly, and as when required
• Coordination of the setup of Retail Shop Employee’s; Email access, TS Academy, RIMS, POS codes
•Secondary support for E-commerce in the absence of e-commerce support as well as during peak periods, inventory, or other required times/support
• Promote a positive, supportive environment and communication between all departments at Thomas Sabo Canada and at Head Quarters
• Register and monitor Store Employee Alarm Codes as required
• Coordination of Store maintenance and repairs, including but not limited to; lighting, fixtures, HVAC, wallpaper and painting

Customer Service

• Key person for both Retail and Online Customer Service Resolution for concerns/complaints
• Product Repairs, Stock Control & Inventory Support
• Weekly coordination of Repairs – facilitating both the review/preparation/sending and follow up of all store/customer repairs
• Key contact for concerns with LUMA discrepancies (product & packaging) both from Stores and to Head Quarters
• Key support to find errors with LUMA’s, min-max level concerns as well as all other stock/product related issues
• Weekly follow up of non-received or missing LUMA’s
• Support and direct weekly mini inventory counts
• Support and direct annual Store inventories
• Support and follow up with Store to Store transfers

Sales & Marketing Support

• Innovation and preparation of events for store(s); Product Launches, Promotions, PR Events
• Coordinate the printing of Store Marketing Materials such as; light box, signage and decals
• Shipping and coordination of Marketing Materials to Stores directly as required
• Manage in-mall postings for promotional activities, sales or other

Qualifications:

• Bilingual (French and English) Excellent written and verbal skills in French and English are necessary
• Minimum 2+ years’ experience in a Retail Coordinator or Personal Assistant Role
• Background of understanding KPI’s and Retail Fundamentals
• Ability to work collaboratively and at times with limited direction, while maintaining accountability for deliverable
• Time management and ability to handle multiple projects with tight deadlines
• Positive spirit, supportive and team focused leadership
