Our showroom in the financial district Toronto is seeking an enthusiastic customer focused to join our team as a receptionist in our busy showrooms.
As Receptionist, you will be first point of contact with the our brand by greeting and engaging greeting all clients and helping delivering the Garrison client experience.
You will support the store management by setting client appointments and daily workflow, as well as customer communication and outreach.
Specific accountabilities include:
¥ Excel in providing gold standard customer service
¥ Communicate courteously and professionally with clients in person, by email and phone
¥ Manage the store calendar, setting client appointments and team tasks
¥ Execute client follow-ups for fittings and appointments
¥ Work directly with store management to support positive customer experience
¥ Support daily store operations – cash/wrap, end of day balance, client greeting and refreshments, sending deliveries to clients
¥ Take initiative to anticipate and solve problems in a calm, professional and pro-active manner.
You have a natural helpful and caring nature. You have great style and a love of fashion and thrive in a fast-paced retail environment.
In addition, you bring to the table:
¥ 1-2 years retail or service experience.
¥ Customer focus- actively seek ways to help people
¥ Very strong communication skills – conveying information concisely, effectively in a manner appropriate to situation and delivery method (in person, by phone, in writing)
¥ Ability to thrive and remain calm under pressure, manage competing priorities and ambiguous situations
¥ Drive – desire to not only do the task, but also understand what it means to the client & company
¥ Pride of ownership in all you do
This is a Part time role, 25-30 hours/week. Candidates must be available to work Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays—Saturday 9 am - 7pm
