Kollar Clothing is a rapidly growing company that is going on it's 7th year with 8 figure sales in North America. It's been featured on GQ, Complex, Huffington post and various other publications for Hot New Men's Apparel. We are sold in HBC The Bay, Simons, TNT Yorkville and over 120 retailers across north america , japan and france. We have a strong online presence. and We are looking for a team member that can work in a fast pace environment, adapt to change quickly and willing to grow personally and professionally.

Monday - Friday ( 10AM - 2PM ) ( Start part-time but can lead to full time ) , Weekends needed sometimes. Must be have a flexible schedule.

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Social Media posting
- Responding to ceo emails and phone.
- Edit photos on photoshop
- Keep track of dates, deadlines and meetings
- Performing administrative duties
- Working on excel sheets
- Reach out to blogs and celebrities
- Must have excellent writing and speaking skills
- Be flexible and a jack of all trades, this position will come with many different tasks associated with being a personal assistant. Including but not limited to: grocery shopping, cleaning, paperwork, and etc.
- Style and assist celebrities

Mandatory Proficiency

- Currently enrolled in a Post-Secondary program or recently graduated
- Proficiency in Excel
- Some skill in photoshop or adobe is a plus not mandatory
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities
- Excellent attention to details
- Excellent communication skills
- Must be organized
- Able to make wise decisions on the spot

- Able to work under pressure

Compensation $15-$18 an hour.
