Little White House is a historic house located in Fort Langley that's been turned into a beautiful lifestyle boutique stocked with house decor, fashionable clothing and accessories. It's also salon cafe offering brunch, lunch and afternoon tea.

We're looking for a Manager and Event Planner who's a creative thinker with excellent communication skills to be the heartbeat of Little White House.


Team Leader:
• Staff support, sales driver, sales goals, meeting goals, staffing coach, staffing & training, high level of customer care

Store Operations:
• Day-to-day store & cafe needs, inventory, shipment management, daily reservations & seasonal events, special events management

• Impeccable displays & merchandising, creating a pretty, clean store & cafe, professional signage & pricing, product knowledge, social media & collaborations, brand ambassador

Full Time salary position: $40K ($35K plus $5K tips) health benefits, two weeks holidays, one weekend day off, special events tips over salary wage
