Who We Are:

Melanie Auld Jewelry is a Vancouver based jewelry company. We are a multi-channel retailer, with over 150 international stockists and an ever-growing ecommerce business. We are excited to announce the opening our flagship store this spring, which will be first physical expression of the Melanie Auld Jewelry brand. We are growing our to team to help our commitment to creating a memorable and inspirational experience for all guests.

• Full Time: 35-40 hours/week

Who We Are Looking For:

Someone to flex between two fundamental roles at both our head office and retail space. Both roles are customer service based, with the head office role supporting our online order fulfillment.

The Job:

Customer Service (Retail and Online)


·Operate as a Melanie Auld Jewelry brand ambassador at both store and online levels.
·Provide exceptional customer care and product knowledge.
·Identify ways to personalize the experience for every customer wherever possible.
·Champion the operational systems that allow us to function effectively.
·Efficient use of Shopify and internal inventory tracking systems. (We can teach you!)
·Ensure all MAJ in-house procedures and processes are followed.

Order Fulfillment (Online)

·Order Packing (ensure orders are safely and aesthetically packed to meet our brand standards)
·Meet any personalized/customized customer requests.
·Returns Management
·Supplies Management (shipping boxes, jewelry boxes, etc.)
·Inventory Management (organization is fun!)


The role will entail the below key duties (but not limited to):

·First point of contact for all Melanie Auld customer service inquiries.
·Fulfillment of online orders.
·Management of returns/exchanges.
·Communicate effectively and efficiently with our shipping teams.

To join the team, you must meet the following criteria:

·Previous sales / retail / customer service experience essential.
·Outstanding communication skills.
·Ability to problem solve and multitask.
·Positive attitude – we like fun.
·Team player – again, we like fun!
·Self-motivated, organized, proactive, shows initiative, and enjoys structure.
