Job Description:

• Performs the overall day-to-day management of the projects to ensure that all objectives are achieved within time/cost/quality constraints
• Responsible for project documentations including plans & status reports
• Takes responsibility for overall progress and use of resources
• Helps QA and launch newly designed website
• Works with 3rd party web partner on website enhancements, bugs, and development projects
• Works with third party vendors including web platform partner, email marketing software providers, digital marketing suppliers, affiliate marketing suppliers
• Works with E-Commerce Supervisor to help strategize, plan A/B testing & track results
• Responsible for weekly data syncs between ERP and Email Marketing platform.
• Responsible for completing various weekly reports and sending them to stakeholders.
• Leads the execution of E-Commerce & Digital Marketing projects, including establishing and maintaining timelines, gathering all pertinent information, and proper follow-ups
• Works closely with Marketing & Creative teams, and follows up to ensure all assets are coordinated in a timely manner
• Plans & coordinates all required assets for front-end of website with E-Commerce and Marketing Departments, including product images, product descriptions, French translations, web banners, etc.
• Takes full responsibility of daily & weekly product uploads and updating of product pages on the website
• Ensures websites are constantly being optimized and maintained
• Performs ongoing maintenance to correct any inaccuracies appearing in product descriptions, images, etc.
• Maintains website’s merchandise selection, pricing and content
• Manages sale events on the website & tests all promotions and promo-codes
• Edits banner graphics on website
• Schedules all eblast campaigns & promotions
• Back-fills E-Commerce Customer Service duties when necessary

Requirements / Skills:
• 3 to 5 years’ experience as a Web Coordinator in E-Commerce - Fashion / Apparel industry is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree
• Bilingual (English, French)
• Working knowledge of E-Commerce technology - Magento is a plus
• Knowledge of Content Management Systems – WordPress is a plus
• Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS – Dreamweaver is a plus
• Knowledge of Email Marketing Software - Bronto is a plus
• Excellent knowledge MS Office Suite, specifically Excel
• Analytical mindset, innovative thinker, and a collaborator
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to lead and manage a team, providing clear guidelines and milestones, and hold team accountable to assigned outputs
• Ability to work independently under little guidance on several projects simultaneously
• Strong interpersonal skills, with ability to build successful relationships within a team and cross-functionally
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively to internal and external teams and vendors, both verbally and in writing
• Good presentation and communication (verbal and written) skills
• Flexibility in work hours required
• Passionate about E-Commerce & Omni-Channel retail trends, and interest in having day-to-day ownership of shaping truly exceptional customer shopping experiences
