As a key addition to our continued growth, we are seeking a talented and experienced Digital Marketing and E-Commerce, Manager to join our team. This key role is responsible for executing and measuring all of our digital marketing initiatives as well as a key focus on the ecommerce business agenda; to achieve market presence and sales while supporting the overall Brand awareness for our E-commerce trade hub, with both KPI and sales objectives

This candidate will be an analytical thinker, strong copywriting, super creative and social media saavy who can expand Thomas Sabo’s brand awareness within the digital world.

• Manage and oversee the administration of all social media channels such as Instagram, Snap Chat, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Google +and YouTube;
• Clearly promote and communicate our brand and product offerings through all of our digital assets;
• Maintain and continually enhance our social media presence;
• Maintain and continually enhance our ecommerce website with focus on SEO;
• Recommend and implement effective digital marketing campaigns and initiatives/strategies;
• Measure and communicate performance (generate weekly reports) of all our digital properties and initiatives;
• Ensure the website’s efficiency in terms of ease of use, speed, content and updates;
• Ensure it is easy and productive to communicate with us through our digital assets;
• Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights;
• Collaborate with key internal teams (sales, marketing and product development) to spread key brand messages;
• Assist with the development of email blasts (using MailChimp) and marketing support materials;
• Copyright for internal/external communication of all marketing and online matters; and
• Assist with implementation of any special events or marketing initiatives

• Bilingual (English and French)
• Minimum 5+ years’ experience in digital marketing
• History of exceeding monthly KPI goals
• Demonstrated understanding of how to drive KPI’s and optimize to different business goals.
• Excellent written and verbal skills in English and French are a must.
• Ability to work collaboratively and be accountable for deliverables
• Flexibility in work hours required
• Passionate about E-Commerce and Omni Channel retail trends, and interest in having day-to-day ownership of shaping truly exceptional customer shopping experiences
• Time management and ability to meet tight deadlines
• Proven experience with email marketing, lead generation, SEO and Facebook & Instagram advertisement campaigns;
• Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords and Google Shopping campaigns;
• Solid knowledge of website and SEO analytic tools;
• 8Excellent grasp of social medial and website metrics and best practices;
