Description

ShowroomHQ (https://showroomhq.com) is an affordable CRM and wholesale ordering system designed specifically for the apparel and homeware industries. We help startup brands, sales agencies, and distributors manage their customer base, appointments, linesheets, orders, and much more.

We are looking for a part-time or full-time Customer Success Manager to join our team. This position would allow for remote work/work-from-home with regular in-office meetings at our office in the Olympic Village.


Responsibilities

• Develop a trusted advisor relationship with customers
• Interact with customers daily through support requests, phone, and screen-sharing sessions
• Understand and assess customer requirements, level of adoption, and onboarding strategies
• Provide product demos to new trial signups
• Ensure all inquiries are responded to within SLAs
• Be an advocate for feature requests and functionality
• Report bugs and feature requests to development
• Plan and implement strategies to increase customer engagement and retention
• Strategically expand our revenue in existing accounts
• Maintain customer help documentation for the product

Skills

• General knowledge of web software
• 2+ years of experience in a customer success or account management role, preferably in the technology or fashion industries
• Independent thinker and doer; able to get things done without significant supervision
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (in English; other languages an asset)
• Great time management skills
• A people-person who can deal with a wide array of individuals in challenging situations
• Experience with ticketing systems such as Intercom, Zendesk, or JIRA
