(Will begin first 3 weeks as Part Time, then transition into Full Time.)
Starting Wage: $15/hr
We are looking for a Customer Service Rep/Wholesale Assistant to join our team at Smash + Tess! We're in need of someone with great communication skills to care for our customers wants and needs.
1. Responding to Customer Service Emails and make sure our gals get the help they need!
2. Responding to IG messages inquiring about sizing, product info, etc.
3. Manage Live Chat on Product Drop dates and Sale dates.
4. Manage and Organize Exchanges and Returns.
5. Assisting with Wholesale Orders as needed.
6. Assisting with Order Fulfillment as needed.
1. Minimum 2 year experience in retail and/or Customer Service.
2. Strong communication skills and problem solving.
3. Works well both on a team and independently.
4. Can handle stressful situations in a respectful and calm manner.
5. Versatile - can take on new/different tasks.
6. Experience with ShipStation (not mandatory, but an asset)
7. Experience with Shopify (not mandatory, but an asset)
8. A positive and fun attitude!
