Global Shoe Connection. We are a growing fashion distribution company looking for a customer service / support team member to contribute to the expansion and efficiency of our company.
Who are you?
You are someone that has:
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
Proven software skills with a proficiency and an interest in Excel
A detail-oriented mind with an aptitude for critical thinking
An ease with people, troubleshooting and creating relationships
At least 2 years of experience in customer service (retail, business to business etc.)
An outstanding ability to work well with others as support team member as well as on independent projects.
A knack for learning new software programs
High school diploma is required; post-secondary education is an asset.
What will your new job be?
Working out of Richmond, BC office
Providing a world-class guest experience (for ecommerce customers, retailers, suppliers, and reps as necessary) via phones, email, and any future channels
Resolving guest inquiries and concerns quickly and with a sense of urgency
Supporting ecommerce guest experience through placing orders, setting up returns, and troubleshooting.
Providing product education by communicating features, fabric properties, and function
Multi-tasks and efficiently navigates through several programs and applications to provide solutions and tracking of guest interactions
Building relationships to create life-long guests
Periodic product sample organization, management and distribution among many brands (a.k.a. seeing future product before anyone!)
Website maintenance; marketing, photo uploading, retail map location, list management
Performing additional projects, duties, and assignments as required
Learning and growing with fun dynamic young team (read: office dogs)
